Perhaps the only thing more annoying than watching Katie Couric and Matt Lauer on the Today Show is watching Katie interact with all the Apprentice rejects and watching them pander to Katie and watching Katie and joke with Jen C. about her firing, and watching Jen C. pretend to strangle Katie.

Just do it. Strangle her for real. Her too-orange self and fake intellectual glasses when conducting serious interviews are really getting to me. It's not just coffee that causes this perkiness. Oh no, there's gotta be something else as well.
